Vancy Returns & Exchange Policy

At Vancy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury clothing purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.

1. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary reverse pick-up service once per order. Please note that all printed products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Reverse Pick-Up Policy Our courier partner will attempt reverse pick-up twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our company address. Please note that reverse pick-up service availability is dependent on your area’s pin code.

3. Refund Method For all eligible returns, a refund will be issued as Store Credit. This store credit will be processed once the returned item has reached our warehouse and successfully passed our quality control (QC) checks.

4. Product Condition for Returns To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Items returned in poor condition or that show clear signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Processing Timeline Once a return request is submitted, it typically takes 24 working hours for approval. Upon approval, our courier partner will attempt pick-up within 2 working days.

6. Warehouse Processing After pick-up, it usually takes 8-10 working days for the return to reach our warehouse. Our team will perform quality control checks within 24-48 hours of receipt.

7. Non-Refundable Charges Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

For a faster response, please reach out during our customer service hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM IST. All pending queries will be prioritized and addressed the next working day.

9. Social Media Queries Please note that we do not address customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platforms.

10. Order Cancellations Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

11. Exchange Policy Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, it is no longer eligible for further exchanges or refunds. Only one return or exchange is permitted per order.


Self-Shipping for Returns/Exchanges:

If your pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. Kindly include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.


Terms and Conditions:

  • Bank Account Details: The bank account details provided by the customer in the refund link will be considered final. Vancy will not be responsible for any errors in the details provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Confirmation Discrepancies: If you have received an SMS or email confirming order delivery, but you have not received your order, please contact us within 24 hours via email at aluxim.mail@gmail.com or by calling +919226030588.
  • Customer Responsibility for Returned Products: The customer is obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes ensuring all product instructions, documents, and original wrappings are included when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • Damaged Products: If you believe a product does not conform to our quality standards at the time of delivery, please promptly contact us via email at aluxim.mail@gmail.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products. You will then receive instructions from us.
  • Damaged Product Refund Process: Upon the return of a damaged product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund.
